The responce to fix a minor flaw, I discovered the next day, was prompt and well executed. <br />DOWNSIDE: <br />The job order must not have been clear to the crew because a space was not made to accomodate an outside light fixture by the back door as discussed. <br /> <br />Also a quoting oversight resulted in an addition charge being passed on to me, I was not pleased. When a remove and replace is done it should be the same or better. A lenght of rain gutter was removed that had leaf guards and was replaced with one without leaf guards.
