Weather seal was the third contractor who provided an estimate for my flat roof replacement. Dean (weather seal owner) was fast, efficient, and fair with the estimate, he didn’t waste my time with senseless personnel chatter (which for some reason seems to be the norm with older MD contractors) he got right to the point and was highly professional and I appreciated that with my busy schedule. The roof was replaced with top quality materials and a ten year warranty to boot! Couldn’t be happier with it, his crew came and did the job in two hours (extremely efficient) and cleaned up everything when completed. I would recommend this contractor to my colleagues and friends.

Dean started fixing some of my roof problems while giving me the estimate. This set him apart from other contracotrs that I had come out. His price was good and he accomodated my timing pretty well.

Weather Seal was a pleasure to work with. Michelle & Dean were very accommodating in addressing my concerns and needs. Although, the season brought about a lot of storm damage fo the area they were able to accommodate my schedule in a timely manner. Very Professional Service.

This company is a pleasure to deal with. They return calls, answer questions after business hours, and are flexible with scheduling. The weather did not cooperate on the weekdays (3 consecutive days of rain), so the company worked all day Saturday to install the recommended rubber roof system.
