Although my project was small (the vent boots needed replacement), Dave Barradas completed the work in a timely manner and I have had no leaks in those areas.(They were tested by a series of very heavy downpours a few days afterward). A very capable and competent professional.

He followed up with a phone call to see when I would be ready to begin the work. He arrived on time, explained what he was doing and showed me the work after he was finished. He was courteous at all times. Would recommend him without any hesitation for any roof repair.

had a very difficult roofing problem. David Barradas diagnosed the problem with leaking skylights, came in preformed the repairs as promised in extreme weather conditions. When completed he sent photos by email. Good job! Thank you After heavy rains the condition is fixed-- no leaks
