Waypoint Property Solutions, LLC is a family owned and operated business located in Newington, Connecticut and proudly serves all surrounding areas. Waypoint specializes in custom remodeling & renovation services, general repairs & maintenance, property management, investment property consulting, snow removal, and lawn care. Coined as a "one stop shop with superior customer service" by clients, Waypoint executes a business plan that is "consumer-centric" with quality being the top priority that drives every aspect of their business. Owners and Operators, Patrick and Michael, are present and involved on every task and work one-on-one with their clients regardless of the size and scope of the project at hand. Both partners bring to the table extensive experience from the real estate, construction, project management, and financial fields. They are reasonably priced and they provide outstanding customer service. My husband and I were so pleased that we'll be hiring them again in the future for additional projects.
