Hired to do Home Inspection and paid $450 for an inspection that took approx. 1.5 Hours. The Inspector did a rush job and missed many things that He was paid to find.

A review of the inspection report showed four pages of detailed issues with the house from electrical to a/c to many others. We are unsure what the client was unhappy about and we were never contacted following the inspection advising of their dissatisfaction. The inspection was thorough and priced accordingly. We have requested that the client contact us to discuss further. As of 2/1/2012, we have never received a response from the client.

I didn't read up on home inspections before and this inspector charged me an extremely high price for an inspection and a windstorm survey. His inspection didn't even catch a broken garage door -- how do you not find that? -- and a leak in the shower pan in the master bath. A contractor I had come in afterward caught the leak immediately just by looking at it. This inspector was friendly, but extremely verbose and took forever to do an inspection that ultimately didn't catch any of the major problems. Even my realtor was able to accidentally find a broken garbage disposal that this guy overlooked. I wouldn't not recommend him at all.

I have reviewed our inspection report and noted that we recommended a qualified tradesman be retained to inspect the shower and the garage door rail as both were damaged. A review of our report clearly shows our recommendations. We will provide a copy of the report if requested for verification.

Robert was very courtious and professional, took time to explain or answer any questions we had. Did a great job on both of our inspections.

Company was very flexible with timing and completed the project with report the same day. A lot of knowledge in every aspect of the home operations.

Mark was on time and performed a professional inspection of the home. He found out the problems before they become an real issue. He knows his business.

They were excellent. Courteous, they did a thorough inspection of the home and we had a professional report by the end of the day.

Waypoint was very responsive. However, I expected them to cover any mold questions more diligently. In Florida mold can be a problem. Apparently, very little effort was made to resolve any mold questions. Also, since there was not much furniture in the apartment inspected I felt certain responses were not adequate. For instance, "receptacles were not inspected due to furnishings." If there was a small sofa in the way, move it!
