Maid Service for move in/ move out special detail cleanings, from $80.00 - $200.00, weekly service for $45.00 - $55.00+ for a three-hour minimum, bi - weekly service for 50.00- $60.00+ for a three-hour minimum. Prices are at a flat rate, not per hour. First-time cleaning could be $10.00 extra, depending on condition of the place. For small apartments, rates will differ in price. I can better serve you, if I can do a walk through beforehand. Then, I can give you the best rate possible. You can also describe the condition of the place over the phone, if you choose.I do most of the cleaning projects myself.(Projects over 1500 sq ft, will be slightly higher in price.)
