Excellent quality door and opener. Tough job for Mr. Watson, as the concrete floor was uneven, but it closes perfectly with no gaps, and looks just great. Great job.

I was Truely please with his promptness at arriving and finishing the work. However the cost I thought was a little high. They let soe of thier trash blow around in the yard after they left and my wife was not happy with that.

Based on questioned asked customer estimate was given. However, customer was unaware of the type of springs system he has which is inside a tube type not visable. He ended up with a broken system that had to be replaced completly. Also, I look for any debrea left in yards. I respect custpomers property and was unaware of any debrea left behind. It was windy that day.

Watson's Repair was fantastic! Bill Watson came to my house on a Sunday to repair my garage door, which I thought was totally trashed. He fixed it and saved me hundreds of dollars in buying a new one! I also thank the Good Lord for directing me to ServiceMagic and Watsons Overhead door repair!! My garage door works better now than it ever has. And very reasonably priced!!
