It was a great experience from the bidding process to the finished job. I solicited multiple bids but I decided to go with Waterways for their honesty (all others said I needed 6 zones), detail oriented (the owner drew me a map of where the sprinklers would be located) and price of course. Plus, they offered a 3 year warranty (versus 1 or 2 years for others). I highly recommend them for your irrigation system needs.

There was an issue on this job with a burried electrical cable that was cut during the installation. The cable was 2" under the ground, not even close to the code depth which is 18".I returned to the house about a week later and replaced 60 feet of wiring so there would be no burried splice in the line.I also took money out of my pocket to give her electrician for replacing a relay that shorted out. My contract states that i cannot be held responsible for electric lines that were not installed properly, but i made sure the wire was fixed with no cost to the homeowner. Im shocked to see this rating after doing all i could to make them happy JL

We just got our sprinkler system installed today. John and his guys were great. They were able to navigate through our gardens without damaging anything. We haven't had a chance to use the system yet (only test run). I can't wait to see how much better the yard will look now that we have inground sprinklers. We have over an acre...and it's just too much to have manual sprinklers. Also, GREAT customer service!!!!

Everything John Lynch the owner stated came true, he stayed for the whole job ,every emplyoee had his own function it was like clock work. great job i would recomend highly to a frend.I am picky about work done at my house and normally do things my self, these guys were pro's and it showed .Gary Cataldo

John and his crew were absolutely the best. You can tell they take alot of pride in what they do and care 100% about pleasing the customer. They are reliable, (actually came early), very clean and do a fantastic job. If you need sprinklers this is definetely the company to deal with, you would be 100% satisfied.

During the project a few changes were made by me and they handled it well and made the changes better then I wanted. They did an excellent job.
