Sorry I forgot the name of the tech that came, but he was very knowledgeable, and efficient. He checked everything out on my compressor, and gave me some pointers on maintenance. I was very pleased, and I will call them again in the future.

Project: Install or Replace Ductwork
I hired Waters to check out the duct work and HVAC at my mother's home. Jared found that the 45-yr-old duct work, original to the house, had holes and rips in it &in some places no longer connected; if sum, my mother was heating the attic. Jared was so thorough & did an analysis of the current unit and found that the unit was not big enough after closing in the garage and building on an extension. I had to go back to VA, but my mother was very pleased with the professionalism and courteousness of the employees from Waters. She said, "You couldn't have asked for better of the 3 young men." It's warm in here, now, & that's what matters!

The sales representative was very motivated until he sold me the product, afterwards he became passive. I have asked for a detailed copy of my bill for months and has not received it. The receptionist is useless. Every time, I asked for assistance, she rushes me off the phone and does not resolve my problem. The installers were excellant; however, they forgot to install a filture in my air intake. I have asked for the filter for the past three months, but has not receive it. I have not received my Georgia rebate because Waters Mechanical has not provided me with a detailed receipt. I am very unhappy with my follow up services....

Thank you for the great review, despite your desrcibed concerns. This is truly a testament of the quality we put into every job. Every customer is issued a detailed invoice as part of our Automated Program. We regret that this customer was unable to receive her Energy star rebate. But it was only brought to our attention that an invoice copy was required after the rebate prodram expired. Our sales representative communicated the request to our offices and the request was processed in a timely manner.

Trying to find a company to replace my ac unit was going to be an adventure. When I was contacted by Jared, he made it very easy to understand. He came to my home looked over the current system and explained what I needed to do, gave me several different options and the cost of each option, explained in detail what would be done and was very impressed. Jared made my decision very easy. Jared is very knowlegable, answered all my questions and made my choise so much easier. Jared is a great asset to his company. Would highly recommend Jared and WatersMachanical to any of my friends and family. Five Stars *****
