Project: Repair or Replace a Sump Pump
I am very pleased with Mike's quick response to our immediate problem. He installed a sump pump within hours of me placing the request with ServiceMagic. Mike took the time to explain everything to me about what he found and what is needed to fix the problem. I appreciate that he didn't want to make a 'quick fix' but wanted to address the real problem and do what is necessary to correct to properly.
