Work quality was excellent. The Watermark team was efficient and productive. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. As they tore out a damaged wall, they discovered some unknown structural damage that resulted in the project costing about 10% and taking a little longer to complete. But, they told me of this immediately, and all was done well. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Customer had tree fall on his home during the holidays. We worked with his insurance company to get him back to 100% with very little out of pocket expense.

They are still on the job, and are doing an excellent job. The workers are very professional. They keep the work area clean and are highly skilled at their tasks. Mr. Buckner came to the initial visit prepared, took appropriate measurements and submitted a bid that was descriptive of the work to be done. Other bids have been very general in nature.

Customer had work related injury that required changes to his home to meet ADA requirements. We were able to work with his insurance and give him a new bathroom with walk-in shower, widen his doors to accomodate a wheel chair and provide some other remodeling to help with his situation. Very good customer, with positive attitude despite situation.
