Project: Eliminate Toxic Materials or Mold
Jack Corry of PuroClean Property Damage Cleanup came out to my house with an assistant who inspected the crawl space under my house, took snapshots, and then reported to me that my crawl space is quite clean with no mold, mildew, or other problems. They recommended that I look into an under the house fan to improve circulation and help with the musty odor. They didn't charge me anything for the inspection. I was VERY impressed with their courtesy, helpfulness and, especially, their honesty and would recommend them as an honest, trustworthy business.

took to long to get bids, told just to use bleach. We used another company who is doing excellent work, had bid to us immediately and started working before this company had bid. Puro Clean had to get bid from another contractor to put back what was removed.

Our firm follows the IICRC S520 standard which does not call out the use of bleach for this job. Our service model does not include repair work, however, from time to time we provide referrals to contractors. Apparently the contractor's bid was too late. We are pleased they have found another company who is satisfying their needs.

THE OWNER HIRED JACK. THE OWNER TOLD HIM SHE WANTED HIM TO TAKE CARE OF THE ENTIRE JOB AND ONLY HAVE ONE BILL. THEY TALKED AND ENTERED INTO AN GREEMENT.HE TOLD THE OWNER THAT HE WOULD FIND THE WHERE THE WATER WAS COMINING FROM. HE DID NOT. THE MOLD PERSON THAT JACK HIRED DID NOT SHOW UP. HE DID NOT FOLLOW THOUGH WITH THE HIRING AND FINISHING OF THE JOB. AFTER THE OWNER HIRED A CONTRACTOR TO FINISH THE WORK HE REPORTED THAT THE MOLD WAS BACK THE NEXT DAY. WE HAD TO CALL JACK OUT AGAIN TO FINISH THEJOB.
