It's hard to know about the value for money thing. I can only assume the water heater is a quality product that will be that. The service and workmanship was definitely value for money.

I thought a 5 hour window for service was excessive but appreciated the technicians checking in with me by phone giving me an update on his time of arrival. I would think a 3 hour window would be adequate.

Everything about our experience with this company was extremely professional. The service person arrived in a well signed company van, the serviceman was dressed with a company logo shirt. The service person displayed confidence and reassurance in analyzing our problem and how he could help us solve the problem. He set to work quickly and finished within an hour and a half.

I appreciated that WHM, Inc. were prompt to arrive, did not try to sell me something that wasn't suitable for my need, had the items available for installation, completed the installation in a very short time with professional workmanship, was friendly informative and courteous.
