John was able… Read Complete Rating Our water heater went out at 2 AM this morning (not too long after the end of the Rockies playoff game 3). I came to Service Magic around 3 AM. At 7 AM John's phone call woke me. John was able to make a noon apointment to replace the heater. He called to let me know he was running 20 minutes late!
