George is an awesome employee. He is fast and accurate with installing the hot water heater. He is very piolite and gives you an idea on other existing problems that I would want to repair. He even gave me some color schemes. I would highly recommend George to replace anything in my house.

Rapid response to initial call - provided a quote immediately and was able to install the next day. The product was at the medium-high quality range as I requested and the pricing was very competitive. I did succumb to a couple of small add-on sales pitches, but I think I received value there too.

Excellent customer service at a great price. Steve was super nice and worked with us on pricing. We originally told him we wanted to buy the water heater at Lowes for him to install. Rather than try to sell us his product (like all his competitors) he called us to let us know he found a coupon for Lowes! In the end we used his product anyway. We would HIGHLY recommend Steve to anyone who needed a new hot water heater. There's a reason their rating is so high!
