Prompt response from a knowledgeable resource on the initial call. The service call that followed was very good, again well informed, thorough and provided us with information to better understand our system. Would call these folks again.

Price was fair, and beat competitors. Service technician was a star. He had a few unexpected logistical problems that took much more time to fit the water heater than expected. He re routed water connections, and did a beautiful and correct installation. He even tried to wash our floors for us. When done, installation area was cleaner than before installation.

discuss, installation of items,and provide operational guidance, after items are installed. Value the customer, do not tell them, I have to rush or I will be late for next job. Clean up your mess after finishing.

Immediately tried to reach customer upon reading this feedback but was told that he will be gone for several months. We certainly strive to exceed all of our customer's expectations (we have a 4.5 to 4.9 customer satisfaction rating for all locations). Immediately met with installation team (due to the size of the installation, we had two certified installers/plumbers on the job). One of the installers had to leave for another appointment but our master plumber finished the job, explained the operation of the unit and cleaned up his work area. We will call the customer in 90 days to better understand and address his concerns.

Waterlines were ran under my mothers trailer w/o any insulation. 12 years in this house with out water line freezing and after they got done it froze up and they refused to do anything about it.

The customer called in December (during limited period of extreme cold temps) and complained of no hot water. We did immediately dispatch our field technicians and the unit was working properly. However, a portion of the water lines were frozen. We observed that the pipes were not properly insulated under the trailer. In fact, these pipes had nothing to do with our initial installation (all new connections had been properly insulated). We offered the option of installing the proper pipe insulation but the customer declined. Unit has been working properly and without issue.
