I chose WSD because the tech that called me talked me through what a furnace tune-up would entail and was the only one out of the 3 companies that actually asked what brand of furnace we had. While the service itself was great, after he left the blower wouldn't turn off. It took 3 appointments that he made & blew off and a call to his supervisor before he finally came out 18 DAYS LATER. Then he tried to brush it off and tell us there might be problems with our furnace when on the initial appointment he told us he'd examined it and that it was in great shape. Own up, you made a mistake. And no follow up from his supervisor? Very disappointing.

Washington Sewer & Drain fixed a bad sewer leak in my crawlspace, and were very fast and efficient in their work. They were prompt, courteous, and very professional in dealing with my situation. I STRONGLY recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Late start to the project on day one, but was happy to walk around with me after both days and address anything I questioned. Also provided additional information and tips for future maintenance on the decks. Great bid price and we wouldn't have been able to complete the job as quickly or as well ourselves.
