Project: Repair an Oil Fired Boiler or Radiator Heating System
He sounded nice and helpful on the phone but did not follow through with the project. I asked him to fix my furnace and he told me he would first have to charge me for a check up/inspection. After billing me for the inspection he told me he would give me a quote for the repairs. After a month of no reply I called him to see what's the problem with getting me the quote. He told me he'd get it for me within the next 24 hours. It's been a week and I still have not received it. I've since called him twice and received no reply. I paid for a service already and now can't get a strait answer on getting the furnace fixed and it's been over a month!

Project: Repair or Install Gas Piping
Puget Sound Energy came out to our house and shut us off because we had a gas leak. They were only able to find one that supposedly they couldn't fix and left me in the cold. I called Washington Plumbing & Heating and they came out the same day. The gentleman that came out was extremely nice, very knowledgeable, and even took the time to explain to me what he was doing and why he was doing it. We found 3 more gas leaks ( a total of 4) - one which was on the earthquake valve that PSE should have been responsible for fixing, but WP&H fixed all the leaks for us. We were able to get the gas back on and had a very warm evening.

Washington Plumbing & Heating was the first company who understood the problem I was having over the phone. Their price quote was on par with the two other companies I spoke with, but literally took a fraction of the time quoted by the other companies. Within two hours the pumber was done and he asked me if we could call Puget Sound Energy so that he could make sure I would have all the documentation they needed to turn my gas back on. He honestly went above and beyond, as well as being fair priced, knowledgeable, friendly, and fast.

Konstantin and his crew worked through the weekend to get us going. They worked with GE to get the replacement parts under warranty, so we only needed to pay for labor. Much appreciated.
