The contractor was pleasant and on time. We had a leak in a valve in a radiant heat system. Since the system was 17 years old and I had had a problem with these valves befor I asked that contractor to replace all six vlaves instead of just the one. When he was finished I asked him if he had turned everything on and tested it and he said yes. i reminded him that I had turned off the pump that was leaking and he said he had turned them all back on. <br /> <br />In short the pump was not on and all three of the units were leaking, not the valves he fixed but elsewhere that had not previously leaked. He had not tested.
