Everything went very well with the project. How it holds up remains to be seen, however, its only been a week. I certainly don't anticipate any problems but have been assured that if there are all I need to do is call them.

Project: Install Concrete Driveways & Floors
Vendor improperly installed concrete over vinyl siding in violation of code and then defended their work as appropriate. Talked good talk about working with us to remedy situation but never followed through. Caused almost $!K in damage to vinyl siding. Since they didn't fix their mistake will have to hire another vendor to fix it for them.

The crew made quick work of the driveway paving and did a good overall job. There were a couple small areas where the roller left slightly uneven edges but overall I was satisfied with the outcome for the price.

They were easy to connect with to arrange an estimate, they offered a straight-forward bid with no pressure to sign up in a week or any of the usual sales tactics, and the same person who did the estimate oversaw the crew so they did exactly what was agreed upon in exactly the one day they promised. No fuss, no muss and at the lowest bid price.

Washington Pavements returned to my home and completed both the concrete sidewalk and asphart driveway satisfactorily. They indicated thst customer satisfaction was their goal and proved it. This should replace or supplement my earlier feedback.
