The service rep I had was very thorough and efficient. He didn't try too sell me anything I didn't need. I probably would have known if this were the case, and would have had to suspect the entire the job.

Project: Clean Heating & Cooling Air Ducts & Vents
Great service. They called to keep me posted about the arrival of the person doing the work, who arrived on time, was very curteous and did a great and clean job! He even took his shoes off coming into the house. I would ask for their service any time again and recommend them for the job.

Heidi was able to send technician out the same day, and Jack did a great job cleaning the furnace and explaining the problem. He also recommended electric air filter for my alergy and explained options to replace the water heater. Jack is very friendly and knowledgable, and I am very happy with the service.

An estimate for cleaning our furnace was given when I contacted this company. Set up a time for the work. The service person came to the house on time agreed and let me know what he would be doing. Gave me the results of his assessment and cleaned the furnace. Let me know about an impacted blower wheel and we agreed that he would clean that for an agreed upon sum. Was very professional, worked quickly and efficiently and left the site clean.

I would recommend this company to my friends and associates. This company maintains a very professional attitude from the office to the service technician.
