Our house was built in 1928 and so nothing about replacing our back door was "standard". Lloyd presented us several options and made sure that the WHOLE job was quoted (no surprises). He always was prompt on appointments and his workmanship and attention to detail was great.

The technician tried his hardest to fix the window. I have to give the technician an "A" for effort and customer service as he tried everything he knew. He was also a very pleasant person. If the window had been fixed, I thought it was still overpriced for the problem. At the end, the technician did not charge me as he was unsuccessful in the endeavor.

Lee and his companion did an outstanding job replacing my sliding door glass outside pane. They cleaned their work area after the job was completed. Both were very professional and very friendly.
