Service tech was early after he called and confirmed he could if i was available, A very good job with the carpet as all stains where removed. I would definitely use this company again.

Tion arrived on time and gave a clear explaination of what he could do to fix my basement transition. His price was good ($75 less than another estimate I received) and the job was completed within an hour. Will need some carpet cleaning in the future and will consider Tion for that job when I am ready.

1. Polite servicer, but unprepared for a simple tack-down job that had been explained in detail. He had to go to Home Depot to buy 4 tack-strips which most carpet repairman carry in their van. This meant a 40-minute delay. 2. This slim fellow couldn't handle his hammer with ease; he missed hitting several of the nails in the tack strip squarely on their heads and bent them, requiring a new nail in a new position on the thin wooden tack strip, thereby increasing the possibility of splitting the strip and weakening its hold on the concrete. 3. Because the job took longer than he expected, he doubled the quoted price.

Washington Carpet Restoration called me within 20 minutes of completing my request on line; made an appointment for the next day. They were running late, but called me to let me know. 2 workers showed up and less that 2 hours later had moved all the furniture in living room/dining room and stretched the carpet. They also stretched the carpet in the bedroom for no extra charge. Hard worker and I was very satisfied.
