Project: Hire a Handyman
Called Mr. Handy at 11AM to find someone to repair a burglarized door. Warrick's arrived at 11:30AM and was gone by Noon. That's phenomenal.

I would highly recommend Warrick's maintenance. I am a single woman who has found it very difficult to find a professional, reliable and honest handyman service in Nashville - until now! The work done was impeccable and the price very reasonable. I felt very comfortable and safe having these men in my home. I will definitely use Warrick's Maintenance again!

Project: Repair or Partially Replace Vinyl Siding
I hired Warrick's Maintenance to repair a small hole in the side of my house. Bill Warrick worked around my schedule and came out to my house multiple times without charging me for the trips. His team was able to quickly fix the problem and his price was great. I would recommend Warrick's Maintenance to anyone and will defintiely be using them again.

Warrick's Maintenance did a wonderful job on my master bath. I still can't believe this is the same bathroom. They started on time and finished on time. This was the best experience I have ever had with a contractor, it was actually fun.

Project: Remodel a Basement
The guys were wonderful. They finished off an upstairs office, built a wall in our basement, and installed bamboo flooring in three of our bedrooms. They were professionals from beginning to end. They were able to explain what needed to be done and even checked for other issues we might face in the future with our home. I will definitely call them again for future home improvement projects.

Project: Repair Carpentry Framing
Warrick's did an amazing job with multiple projects including brickwork on our chimney and interior wall repair. He was honest and courteous from the start and throughout the entire project. When we were faced with an unforeseen problem, he came up with two suggestions, one was a less expensive alternative and the other was to fix it right so that it would never happen again. Warrick's will be my first call for my next project and I would recommend them to anybody.

William quickly responded to my needs and identified the problem. Although it could have been fixed, I opted to not fix it at the time and William did exactly what I asked him to. A professional good job!

I had several projects including a new roof/replacement rafters on a garage, wood floor repair, small electrical job, etc. William, the owner, did a wonderful job and the quality was exceptional. They also did an excellent job cleaning up the work area after they were done. I will continue to use this company for my projects and highly recommend them
