Did not provide "appraisals" as quickly as stated.  Imposed his own standards for what to include, exclude i.e. "family room is of a different quality than rest of house therefore  it is excluded completely" not value given at all to 350 sq. ft..  "Comps we used only have 2 car garage therefore we gave no value to additional drive way and large enclosed carport on other side of house".  Pretty amazing to exclude major components so house "fits" his comps.  Not at all reflective of true value.  VERY DISSAPOINTED!!
