Polite, thorough, knowledgeable, timely, and skilled. Good qualities to have in a plumber when water is suddenly coming through your kitchen ceiling. They also went the extra mile to find me a drywaller who wouldn't rip me off. That was awesome.

Skip Ward came to my house to reroute my heating system so that I could remove the old heater in the bathroom. He arrived on time and was very professional and curteous. He knew exactly how to accomplish what needed to be done. Within no time my heat was back up and running. I would highly reccomend Ward Plumbing to anyone who needs the job done right.

Prompt response to request, on time for scheduled service, said he would return on Monday to finish up and even though our streets were not plowed (and he knew it), he returned at the time he said he would and completed the job. Courteous as well. Would highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing service.
