Would recommend to a friend. We had three doors re-keyed to one key. Extra keys were made on site.

Walt made an extrs key for me, & repaired the locking mechanism just fine. How ever the dead bolt that protrudes into the door plate still sticks some times. I have to push the door in hard to open it.

Walt never answers his phone. He was late late and never called to let me know. He did not finish the job, told me he had to order a part and that he would be back a 4pm the following Monday to finish. He didn't return and didn't call leaving me waiting. He still hasn't finished the job. He did charge me for it, thoiugh.

Walt called within hours of my requesting locksmith services from Servicemagic. He scheduled a time that was mutually satisfactory with both of us. He was running late and called ahead to let me know which I appreciated and consider to be professional and quite acceptable given the kind of business Walt is running--it is always going to be somewhat unpredictable. He was very personable, communicated clearly, and was careful to determine what I wanted. His work was very good and his prices were reasonable. He completed the work quickly, had all the materials needed on his van, and cleaned up nicely after he finished the work.
