Too busy to come to my house measuring the size at the appointment time. They did not always reply your emails or calls. But at the end, the job was done after more than 10 days

Walter was very friendly and professional. He came to my house the next day to measure my window (the glass was broken), but had to order new pieces of glass before he could come back and fix the window. Overall good service, but my only issue was that he didn't already have glass that he could bring to fix the window that day, and it took 6 days before the glass pieces came and I had to call on the 6th day to get status of when my window could be fixed. He came 2 days later and fixed the window. I also can't comment on how good of a deal I got as I didn't get estimates from other contractors.
