Walter got in touch immediately, came the following day to prepare an estimate, emailed us the proposal within 24 hours, and was available to do the work very soon after. Prior to my accepting the proposal, he went over the needed repair with me in detail. His crew was prompt on the scheduled day and the quality of the work is excellent.

Walter showed up on time, worked very cleanly and completed the job in a timely fashion. We weren't there to see the stages of work so he took photos of each part of the job to show exactly what he did. Excellent job & we highly recommend him.

Excellent firm and work. I used Walter Lozano for two large recent painting, plastering and drywalling jobs. Both crews did beautiful work on time and reasonably. They were responsive to requests for documentation needed for insurance purposes. They were careful about following the proposed scope of work and made great suggestions of additional work that could enhance the outcome. I strongly recommend them.

Walter is a pro from start to finish.Offers suggestions and does excellenr work. walter promised to finish the job in 3 bays and kept his word. Had major water damage to ceiling and washroom. price wise I am glad that I gave the job to Walter. Walter is #1 on my list for plaster and painting projects.

Walter did a great job, but it was difficult to get him to view the job to give me an estimate. He explained he could not come but pictures would be enough to give me an estimate. Unfortunately, when he did the job, there was work he did not see in the pictures and increased his price. I felt this was unfair, given the issue was very small (paint that was peeling from the ceiling) and he would not come to view the work. Outside of this issue, the work was excellent.

I Did my job professional , I give him an estimate by written, he were not home all time , he came only when job finish, I never done any job or charge extra with out consent of owner It 's not my style, the coments he did is non sense He send a pictures and measurements and I charge according specification od picture and he accepted
