Project: Build a Garage
Walt did a super job on my garage! He started on time and finished the garage in a shorter time then he predicted. He knew I was on a tight time frame and even worked in rain to get it done. I would recomend him to anyone as a great tradesmen and very profesional.His eye for detail made his work far above others I ever delt with. Thanks Walt for a fine job and I will enjoy my new garage.

Project: Remodel a Basement
We finished a large basement with an office, play room, rec room and storage. I interviewed 4 contractors, and chose Walt Brownell based on level of service and price. Walt had good input during the planning phase and researched the permit situation with the town. Walt clearly enjoys the construction work more than the paperwork, so I chose to write up my own specs. Walt and his crew are very courteous, keep their promises, keep the area clean, and provide quality work for a reasonable price. Customer service and satisfaction is not just a buzz word for Walt. All deviations from our expectations were taken care off immediately and thoroughly.

Project: Remodel a Basement
We were looking to add a washer and dryer in the basement which required plumbing and electrical work. To out suprise he arrived early to give us an estimate. He clearly laid out for us how the job could be done to keep the cost low without sacrificing quality or code violations. On the day of the job, he arrived early again and completed it without additional input from us.

Project: Build an Addition
I had 6 contractors come over to my house, all 6 disappointment us in one way or another. Most told me the job wan't big enough..No, I'm not kidding. I found Mr. Brownell from a referral. Walt contact me right away, I asked for an received 3 professional references. All glowing. I called him back and asked him for a cointract. He came over, scoped out the situation and gave me a what I thought was a fair price. Due to the birth of our first daughter, we needed the work completed on a certain date. Walt and his crew came over, worked in 20* temps and finished 2 days early!! He told me if our roof ever leaked for me to call him. Thank you!

I asked for 4 quotes to remodel the basement and picked Brownell construction after reviewing 1. Customer references 2. Price 3 Overall customer satisfaction I am glad I did. The whole experience was the best by far I have ever had with any contractor I had dealt with in the past. Walt and his team are very professional and completed the job to my complete satisfaction. I would have no esitation in recommending Walt to anyone. Total, total satisfaction and professionalism. SUPER JOB!!!!!!! and it came in within the estimated budget
