the appraisil was done in 15 mins from when he got there to when he left.i thought that was odd,when i got the appraisel back it was 34000 more than the one my x wife got done they said things in the report that were in great condition that werent.the cost of the appraisel was a waste of $300.not doing this again

This was a very difficult assignement as the home was located on a cliff in Truro, MA and over looked Pilgrim Lake, The Atlantic Ocean and Cape Cod Bay. Bujt I enjoy performing difficult assignements and getting the value right.

Eric called me within minutes of my inquiry going out on the Servicemagic web site. He arrived at my condo as promised and was very efficient with his evaluation of my property. The report Eric produced was very detailed, and professionally done - I feel the appraisal was "spot on". The price was also much more competitive than others I considered for the appraisal. Only one small "nit" I expected to have the report on a Wednesday, but did not receive it until Friday. It was worth waiting for.
