David is awesome. We had water damage on the cabinets and he fixed it with just teak oil. Everybody else wanted to refinish our cabinets for a lot more money. He is very honest and knowledgable. I highly recommend him!

The owner was very pleasant to deal with, and ultimately did the job required but it required close supervision as certain tasks, such as sanding the surface where nails had been, was initially painted w/o sanding. Plus the owner miscalculated the number of days for completing the job. Instead of 3 days, it took him 4.5 days to finish.

The customer's brother was the only person who saw the work in person. The owner lives in California. The owner's brother was at the unit less than 10 minutes while work was being done, and assumed that a wall with a few distorted nail holes was already completed. It was not. The wall was correctly finished after he'd left. For 32 years quality has been my concern. Quality cannot be rushed. The job was done on time allowing for the carpet cleaners. The new tenant moved in on time. The owner, upon seeing photos, emailed me and wrote "the unit looked great". Look at the other reviews. Thank you, and have a nice day.

His price quote was very reasonable when compared to other people who came in, they see ur home and rate accordingly, but Dennis was very honest. Highly recommended. Will refer him to my friends and will get back to him for my painting needs. He also does some carpentry which helps.
