The equipment used required more time than others in the trade, but in my opinion it was well worth it due to doing a very thorough job. My carpets are like new now, and I had been considering having them replaced due to being 10yrs old.

Work was well done and professional, but the job was underestimated and he would not complete the job that day, and to bring him back a second day would add an extra $100 PLUS an hourly rate. He should have completed the job on the hourly rate after the initial $100. Yes some was due to hurricane Irene and power outages that made us reschedule the the job - BUT IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN COMPLETED. I still have 2 rooms that need to be done.

It was quite late in the day when I did finish the rooms I stretched. It would not have been another $100 plus to have me back another day, merely another $60 since my rates are $100 the first hour and $4o for subsequent hours. Thus another day would have entailed $60 over the subsequent hour rate.Also the work I did not complete the first day was work she added after I had done some of the work. Had I known the scope of the job up front I would have scheduled more time to do it and come a.m. instead of p.m.

Good job, showed up when promised.

Wall to Wall Carpet repair was fantastic. They reinstalled a carpet and pad that had been pulled up in the basement due to a water leak. The job was extremely professional, and actually looks better now than the original installation. I would not hesitate to recommend this service. Extremely fair price as well.
