Greg refurbished deck and fence including power wash,cleaning agent, sanding, pounding nails, adding screws as necessary and finally quality restain/seal. All work done per contract- clean and MUCH cheaper than many other quotes. Plus, great guy and much contact throughout process. Have already hired him for another job- retape and paint inside of garage. Best bet value for the money!

At first we were happy with the overall look, We had Greg come back to finish unpainted trim. However, when I started cleaning up in each room, I found many flaws, sloppy work which caused a lot of extra work on my part. The window sills were not painted in the bedroom, missed portions of the walls on the 2nd coat , minor patching was not done in the bathroom and the bedroom, small wall next to the outside door not completed. I didn't want to call Greg back because we will do the work ourselves. We were impressed with the contract the way Greg itemized everything and was very nice but he does not have pro's working for him.
