First word "Awesome"...The Customer Service and hands on approach to our project has been wonderful. My own research into the their products used in the constuction of the pool and help in designing our pool/backyard experience was one of our decision in picking Wailes Pools do the work. One week into the project and we are ready to shotcret. I'll write again when we are completed . 03Sept2011...Pool is completed on schedule. Ted Wilkens co-owner of Wailea pools has put together a great team of contractors to construct pools. Being home to watch every step of the construction I can say honestly we were impressed at every stage. 20 work days
