Project: Install Ceramic or Porcelain Tile
We were very pleased with the bathroom rennovation. When Dan demolished the existing floor and tile, we found rot and some other structural issues, and rather than just constructing over these problems, Dan addressed each and every one, with a suprisingly minimal increase from the original quote. We love our bathroom and we look forward to having Dan help us with other projects in the near future.

Dan and his staff were very professional, helpful and flexible with the work requirements and the modifications that were made during the process.

This project consisted of setting a new tub unit (installed by Galuski Plumbing), tile floor, and partial tile walls in upstairs bathroom (80 square feet). We also installed tile throughout the downstairs bathroom as well (65 square feet). Epoxy grout was used throughout both spaces.

This project entailed the installation of 3 recessed lighting cans, a dimmer switch, and 2 large sheetrock patches in the ceiling. The sheetrock and texture blend back is flawless, with very minimal dust.

Very professional trust worthy team! The had all the work done on time. Great quality, clean work. I would recommend them to anyone. If you want it done right, these are the guys to call!!

After repairing Matt's door that had been kicked in, He requested another door to be replaced. He had purchased the deluxe package: Fiberglass 9 light door, white aluminum wrapped jambs, and vinyl brick mould. He will never have to paint again (a little windex every now and again).

Mr. Wagner completed the work himself with his assisstant. He spoke with me personally 3 times to explain the work he would be doing and to give me the basic cost of materials. He is very friendly and outgoing and honest. He also made a point to do a follow up call to be sure I was pleased with the job and made suggestions for how to prevent the need for further maintenance in the future

Project: Repair a Sunroom and/or Enclosure
Dan Wagner is very dependable, honest, and friendly.Our solarium had problem from the day it was built ten years ago. These problems included leakage and rot in the foundation. He assessed the job and repaired our solarium. It was necessary to jack up one corner of the solarium which had settled almost two inches. He was able to correct the problems. His work was excellent. Dan and his worker Joe are very nice, polite, clean people. We invited them into our home for lunch while they were working at our home. I highly recommend them without any reservations. Jim and Carolyn Mandel.
