He came out when he said he would. The appraisal was to be done on a Friday and we have yet to hear from him two weeks later as it was suppose to take 3-4 days. We have made several calls to him and none of them are returned.

The property was a manufactured home in rural Missouri. The appraisal needed additional time and was communicated with client.

He sent email copy of house appraisal, but never finished appraisal of my lot.Never sent me a hard copy like he said.Has been 3 weeks, no appraisal on lot, but he has my money.

The scope of the project was completed as promised. I asked if email was ok and they said yes. The lot adjacent to the property was a seperate assignment and explained to client.
