Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch

The job was to demo, temporarily support and then reconstruct a two story wooden structure supporting a roof overhang on a split stair structure for an apartment complex. It was a tricky project. Not only did they complete the work on time and budget, they came up with 3 great ideas to solve some typical retro fit issues that come up with jobs like this. They also did a good job cleaning up after the job was complete. They really know exterior framing.

Incredibly fast, fair, knowledgeable. Very, very responsive - immediate followup to my request. Expert work in removing some walls and accomplishing some challenging framing (soffit and furnace closet in garage with 12 ft ceiling, remove windows and replace with windows of different size, create seat in shower. Creative solutions, quickly done. Unqualified recommendation; will use WS again!
