Estimated availability was 1 week from the day I called. Mr WR (Rocky) Savini completed a job early four days early and worked my job in - in 3 days. His work was excellent, he not only did the repair I requested, but did a complete roof inspection and repair three other flashings as well.

Project: Install Roof Heating Cable to Melt Snow
He came quickly. Carved out some ice dam canals and stopped the leaky roof. He was able to provide future recommendations for dealing with future ice damming. All was very good.
