Process was explained to customer up front. Customer had older cast iron "claw foot" bathtub. She wanted a "restoration" as opposed to a "refurbish" It was explained to her that she would spend literally thousands to refurbish (make like original or buy a new tub.) "glazing would involve sending the tub out to be sand blasted, "glazed" by baking in an oven. Probably in excess of $5,000.00 She wanted something that she did want to spend the money for, and a service that I did not provide.

Handyman showed up on time, and did agreed upon work, but took nearly 4 hours to install a TV wall mount. I asked someone else that installs TV wall mounts, and was told that this job should not have taken more than 45 minutes, or and hour at most. At the end of the day the Mr Smith requested $50.00 more than our agreed upon rate. He said that I had added a downpour pipe repair to the original list that we had, but the pipe was the first thing that I showed him when he came to give me an estimate.

I appreciate the positive comments of this customer. The person who made the comments regarding installation time was not doing the work. Work included wall mount for TV and a wall mounted home theater shelving kit. Basement had been finished with studs in non-conventional locations or missing all together. Both TV mount and wall shelving had to be modified to make sure secure, when placed in location that the customer wanted. Every mount is different and I had to read the instructions thoroughly. It's always easy to criticize work that someone else did.

I am delighted with the repair work done on my wooden fence. The estimate and actual work was done without me having to take time off from work. The whole experience was professionally done.

After project was completed. I found out afterwards that I had to do some coaking, to prevent water damage.
