W.O.W.! Super fast, professional, quality service; per item charges so no hidden costs. Went from ServiceMagic request to sparkling windows in less than 24 hrs. We procrastinated & wanted work done ASAP; Len immediately responded on Sat. & offered early morning SUNDAY appointment, which was great for our busy schedules. Len & Kyle arrived right on time & were very pleasant. Len knows his windows: we knew some were "failing" (interior seal compromised, causing condensation); he brought those to our attention & suggested calling manufacturer re: possible warranty. We love our new views and will definitely hire again. No more dirty windows EVER!

WOW Window Cleaning showed up on time - actially 15 minutes early. They were very professiinal, did an excellent job and the cost was competitive I was very impressed with the quality of the work - my windows look great !! Had I know how sensational the window looked when they were really clean, I would have used WOW's services much earlier.

W.O.W. arrived early for the scheduled service. They did an excellent job with the windows. I saw them wiping down the screens where they were dirty, which I didn't expect them to do. Excellent appearance after they were done. I will use them again.

I was amazed when Len arrived and he took his shoes off before he came into the house. He is efficient, thorough, and does an excellent job. I have used him for 2+ years now.

Some of the upstairs windows had a streaky film on them, I noticed after the cleaner left and light shinned on them,. When I made the appointment I was not told that the sky lights would cost extra, the appointment time was for 11:00 am and even though I got a call it was almost 1:00 when he arrived.
