Project: One Time Interior House Cleaning
at first she had forgotton the appointment and I was checking the clock waiting on a call and it never came... only after I got back online to find me another service then she called!!!When the appointment day came around she showed up without her vaccum cleaner and it took another30 minutes before she got back with it!!! The bathrooms were great the vaccuming was awesome but I had to leave and paid her before checking her work... big mistake.. I specifically brought her in to do windows and blinds and showed her a specific window to be done and it wasn't even cleaned at all!!!!!!!!! for the amount of money I paid it should have been better!

They came last minute when an alternate company never showed up. I will be using them again. Wonderful job and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend!

Very polite and friendly. The quality of service was great! I never thought my carpets could look that good after six years of military boots traffic! WOW Cleaning exceeded all my expectations! Thank you ;-)

Tamara did a decent job. Areas later were noticed that were missed. Helper did a half hearted job. Floors have streak marks. Looks like the dirt was smeared around. She should get a new helper.

Project: One Time Interior House Cleaning
The cleaning service was okay, Tamara was very thorough however her helper was not - I noticed a visible difference in the rooms she cleaned verses the room her helper cleaned... I allowed WOW to shampoo my carpet as part of the cleaning service (additional fees paid of course). The shampooer left black circles (about the size of a nickel) throughout my house. I was told they were "water stains" that would go away once dry. The stains are still there and I have had a very difficult time with trying to get WOW to return to my house to correct their deficiency - two months later I am still waiting so now I will invest in another provider.

well sorry but the day she call me 3 months later I had a something important to do.I ask if I could come the next day to do the carpet.She said dont worry about it ILL take care of it so I guess it was the review.So thats what happen and I dont have that worker anymore thanks
