Called me with 3 or 4 minutes of placing project on Service Magic. W M charges by the hour and Gabriel estimated the time to complete replacing the faucet. When the plumber came, the charge was less than the estimate because it took less time to complete. I noticed a small drip later that day and called. At 9 AM the plumber was back and replace a faulty gasket that was included with the faucet I bought. Everything works and looks very well. I do not hesitate to recommend W M. Plumbing. The service, price, and quality of work were just excellent.

Very good service for a good price. The technician came on time, did a good job on a timely manner, and solved all the issues I had. The price is reasonable comparing to others on the market. Only thing is that the technician did not speak English.

Gabriel called and said that the plumber would be late - he arrived about 3 hours after the appointment. But at least Gabriel called. That's better than lots of plumbers. The man arrived and brought in his drain cleaning tool - had a lot of trouble getting the tool into the toilet and finally, after calling Gabriel, he decided that the problem was in the mechanism in the toilet tank. He changed it and the toilet seemed to work O.K. Until 4 days later, when the same thing started happening. This weekend, I'll take the toilet apart and find out what the problem is myself. The line is definitely clogged somewhere but I'll find it.
