Wagner Lopez was cheerful, friendly, very attentive. He was skillful in many areas. Given the tasks at hand, I would say he did an excellent job. The value rating is low because we feel our painting job may have been overpriced; however, we are not fully familliar with today's prices.

Project: Repair Drywall
We had a couple of leaks that damaged drywall underneath. Wagner was able to determine the cause and repair the leaks. Then they did a superlative job in matching the texture!

They were able to come out same day and completed my project in about 15 minutes. I still had to pay the $50 minimum but it was worth it for a handyman that was friendly, respectful and professional.

called four others that did not show one called two weeks later the first thing he said was he chreged 50.00 dollars per hour . my first question to wagner was can you do the job he said yep so he got the job money was not the issue.
