Ken is a pleasure to work with. Solved our problem after years of struggling with it - proving our house does not belong in the flood zone and saving us unnecessary insurance payments - at a reasonable price. He even follow-up afterwards to make sure we received our LOMA from FEMA. Thanks Ken!
