Tony was very professional and courteous. He was prepared for our questions, and handed us a very organized and detailed binder of the inspection before he left. I feel that he was very thorough in his inspection. He caught several problems that we missed. I would absolutely recommend him, and use him for any future inspection needs. Thank you Tony!

Tony was very professional, he did a great job with the inspection. He left a copy of the inspection that included pictures of problems in the home. This allowed me to negotiate further with the seller of our new home.

Mr. Winn was very professional and did a through inspection. He went over the property report with me & my realtor when he finished. The report itself was detailed with many photographs and explainations of problem areas with recommendations for action needed. I had the utmost confidence in his evaluation.

I was not impressed with the results of the inspector and his report. I only had 7 relatively minor exceptions but too many places the inspector would qualify things like, "was not completely accessible to the inspector", "roof system that are not visible from the ground", "There were some stored and/or personal items in the bedroom that limited the inspector's ability to inspect" with no alternative action taken. There was also comments on the pool like, "Some minor discoloration of the plaster coat was noted...May just need to be swept". And finally he made a comment about, "There are sections of the back fence that are in a deteriorated condition. Consider repairs." but provided no pictures to back up. Even though he was not the most expensive quote I got he was not the cheapest either and I don't believe I got my money worth. I would not recommend WIN or use them again!!!
