The owner reviewed the repairs and indicated how the problem of water leakage should be repaired and started the job 2 days later. Todate I have no water leakage behind siding.

Highly recommend. Greg (the owner) truly cares about the quality and about your house. He's responsive, polite, professional and knowledgeable. All my emails and phone calls were returned promptly and all my requests were completed. The workers were respectful to me and my property. They were punctual and hard working. Never missed a day and were never late. Greg has a list of over 150 references in fiber cement siding alone. Everyone I talked to were happy with his work. He's not the cheapest, but you get a high quality product and less hassle than with the bottom dollar contractors.

Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof

Greg removed asphalt tile and radon vent pipe and and installed new ice & weathher shield around radon vent pipe and was able to getmatching tiles. Cost $ 350.00, 2yr labor warranty. Gave estimate on Monday,and completed work on tuesday. HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS SERVICEMAJIC CONTRACTOR.

Excellent response time and best price out of 4 other estimates. Work was completed one time and additional work (fix/level one gutter) was done at no additional expence. Wokers cleaned up area and removed all trash.
