Will had great ideas and was dilligent about keeping the work area clean. He ended up being at least 10% over budget. We had to get some repairs on the work, which he did immediately.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Our original plan was to remodal our bathroom while repairing some structural damage to the bathroom subfloor. However, when our budget changed, all we could afford was the repairs. I was impressed when William was the first contractor that actually tried to find out more about the damage to the subfloor before giving an estimate. I believe his estimate was a bit high compared to the amount of work he had to do, but he was the only one to offer a viable solution to our problem. He was also one of the few contractors that was still happy to do the work even after realizing we were on a new and heavily restricted budget.

From the beginning of our interview process to the completion of the project, my experience with Web Remodeling was excellent. Will took the time to explain the process, make suggestions & to ensure I fully understood what would be going on. His estimated time of completion was off only by 2 days which was due to unavailability of product. Keep in mind the work was also done during the 2 weeks before the Christmas holidays & during one of the largest snow storms the DC area has had in a long time. He was very professional and his eye for perfection has provided me with a beautifully done bathroom. I highly recommend Web Remodeling!

Called me back quickly and understood what I needed done. He came to see the items I needed installed and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He came back the following morning and completely the job, and did lovely work. What really impressed me about WEB Remodeling, Inc is that they actually enjoy what they are doing - this guy had a smile on his face the entire time and seemed happy to be doing the work that he was doing ..... not something you see every day.

Will Belandres remodeled two bathrooms for me and he is the best contractor I've ever worked with. His precise workmanship exceeded my expectations in every way. Will truly wants to please his customers and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a talented, honest, professional contractor. He was $500 below budget, a very pleasant surprise. I look forward to working with Will again.

WEB was very easy to deal with. We were unsure as to what we wanted, and they gave us suggestions and worked out proposals for our considerations. When we wanted to make changes in the course of the installation, they were very accommodating. Another plus is that they left the work area scrupulously clean at the end of each day to minimize the disruption in our lives. Most important, we were very pleased with the outcome, and we will probably hire WEB again for additional projects.

We are very happy with the work that Will E. Belandres did for us. His experience doing windows, doors and decks shows a great deal of experience and professionalism. I will recommend WEB highly to do any remodeling job.
