Very nice on the phone. Quick and efficient analysis of the problem. Tenant was happy to get the cooling back up and running. The AC was fixed 3 hours after I placed the call!!!!!! Keep up the GOOD WORK.

Always on time. They came 3 times to fix my problems. The manager came to see wath was going on after 2 visits and told his guys to change the air handler coil completely and the one outside. Both parts were under warranty. Did noy over charge me since the had not fix the problem earlier

I have used many different air conditioning Companies in my life, But WeatherShield has surpassed all of my expectations . They came to my home based on a call from me explaining that my air was blowing warm. They checked for the leak outside , in the attick, and inside where the air handler is located. They did a complete pressure test. Finally the lead technician Chad found the leak in the condenser coil. Chad handled the warrenty information with The American Standard company. Chad obtained a new condenser coil free of charge based under the warrenty. He was extremely informative , and professional. I will alway use your service.

What I loved about John, the service representative, was that he was able to diagnose a problem I have been having with my Central AC and then explain it to me in terms that made sense. His diagnosis was spot on. The repair started on time, the repair man was extremely neat, and very polite. They showed me the part that failed, explained why it failed. This is a great company. I will call them again. Great work, guys!!!

Both Jose's who assisted with this project were very professional and helpful! They ensured that we understood what would be required with duct cleaning and did a thorough job. They were clean and tidied after themselves! A++++ work! Thank you!

Although they encountered some delays with emergencies and arrived at my home six hours after our scheduled appointment; the professionalism, work and knowledge overcame the late arrival. Will call again if the need be...

Chad was my service Technician who arrived on a timely manner and who knew exactly what to do. He didn't even charge me for the service call. The price for the repair and freon recharge was very reasonable. Definately go with these guys. I will.
