Our experience with Vulcan was very positive. From the sales call to the installation was a great. We were lucky in the fact that our basement was empty at the time of installation. Only wish they had cleaned up better before they left.

Just signe a contract to have job done in December 2011. Sales Person was a great help and we signed for good service and price for the work to be done. Further data once job is completed..

Project: Install or Replace Foundation Drains
The experience my husband and I had with Vulcan was very disappointing. Although the crew showed up early, were very polite and hard working their workmenship was very unprofessional. The pipes that were installed weren't glued. They come apart in your hands. The cement was mixed with too much sand and is already crumbling apart. The crew was unprepared. They did not have the part or the tools that they needed. My husband had to go to Liberty with one of the crew to get the part. The crew was going to knock out our basement windows without even asking us of this was Ok. It's too soon to tell if the system they installed is going to work.

The men were very polite and every time I had a question they would answer it. They arrived on time and never stopped working. They tried to be as neat as they could be, but this job is a mess. I did not give them 5 stars because I do not know if the drains will work. I have to wait for more rain. When I called the office with questions they also were very helpful and polite.

Good company. Completed all the work that they advertised in a timely manner. Made an intial service call after a leak, and fixed the problem. Had a few large rainfalls and found no leaks. So far, appears to have have found a peranent solution.

I spoke to Mike on the phone and we determined mine was a tricky project because I have poured concrete walls and that's where my leak was coming from. The rain water poured in around the sewer pipe and he suggested trying to fix it myself first. I followed his instructions and hopefully this took care of my problem, but I won't know until it rains hard. If it doesn't work, I will call Vulcan to repair my wall. The best part was his honesty. He was more interested in helping me than with actually making a sale. For this reason, I will suggest Vulcan to anyone who has a water problem and if I have more problems, I will also call them
