Our Sony back projector TV started giving a bad picture. Rusty from Volume Electronics arrived the same day, Friday, identified the problem and returned on Tuesday am with repaired parts. TV now works fine, picture better than it has been in a long time! He kept all appointments as agreed, and left no mess behind. He also helped us identify and look for a projector lamp for our other TV system, at no extra charge. Will certainly use this contractor again.
